Mark has been involved in a wide variety of professional, business and non-profit activities over the past 20 years. He has worked as a psychotherapist, minister, legal and forensic consultant, youth director, parenting/custody evaluator, in the military, educator, motivational speaker and as a professional and executive coach.

He has traveled extensively to over 30 countries, all 50 US states as well as having lived overseas for over 25 years. Mark has spoken to 1000’s of groups and audiences in the US, Canada, Africa and Europe .
Mark’s education and degrees are in Psychology, Theology, International Politics and Cross-Cultural Communication. He has been educated through schools and universities in England, Africa and the USA.
Mark has not only worked in schools, non-profits, youth organizations, churches, juvenile legal system, coached various sports and teams but as an Executive and Life Coach he has coached clients from: Boeing, Ricoh, Pro Sports Club, Drugstore.com, Microsoft, University of Washington, Stoddard-Hamilton, Weyerhaeuser, Safeco, Trans World Publishing, IBM, Credit Suisse, Barclays Bank, as well as professional athletes (American Football, Baseball, Golf, Cricket), psychologists, doctors, churches, coaches, ministers, attorneys, and other professionals.
Mark has developed a variety of youth programs over the last twenty five years including the 'Coaching For Life' program for the Regeneration Project. Regeneration is a non-profit that works with children and teens who are either orphaned by or whose parents have HIV/AIDS or are themselves HIV/AIDS positive.
Mark lives in the Seattle area and has three children (19, 21 and 23 years of age) and never misses an opportunity to watch his children play. Mark is a cricket fanatic and currently coaches and plays for teams in Canada and the USA. In addition to cricket he loves playing and watching a variety of sports including: golf, tennis, racquetball, squash, swimming, canoeing, biking, rugby, football, baseball and basketball.

Brian Hall, B.A., CDP, M.A. (cand) - Certified Drug and Alcohol Evaluator and Teen Life Coach
Brian came to the Pacific Northwest via the Navy almost 25 years ago. He now resides in the greater Seattle area with his wife and three kids, ages 20, 18, and 6.
Brian’s educational experiences include a Bachelors Degree from The Evergreen State College, with an emphasis in Youth Intervention. He also graduated from Edmonds Community College, has been certified as a Chemical Dependency Professional , and is currently in process of obtaining his Masters Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University.
Brian’s work experience includes, Washington State Juvenile Corrections, and variety of counseling agencies, where he has facilitated adult and adolescent intensive outpatient treatment groups, as well as individual and family counseling.
Brian’s volunteer experience has involved mentoring young men, ages 18 to 30 for over the past ten years; with the primary focus to help these men find their purpose and destiny, and addresses the absence of, or estranged relationship with their fathers. In addition, he has experiences in Therapeutic Foster Care, as a Big Brother, and working with at risk youth. As a Care Pastor in his local church he facilitates marriage small groups covering tops such as child rearing, communication, finances, and conflict resolution.
Brian has a refreshing approach in working with people, that makes them feel accepted where ever they are, yet aware and ready to make changes to better themselves. Brian’s experience of over 21 years of marriage, raising kids, counseling, dealing with multi culture issues, as well as working with at risk youth, gives Brian a well rounded insight that is grounded. It is no wonder why Brian has received many letters and recommendations from people who have said “Thank you Brian, you have saved my life”.
Andre' Demos - Co-Developer (L.S.I.), Lead Forensic Life Coach and Assistant Head Coach Discovery Program
Andre' (24) has been working with youth for the last four years in a large youth program in Kirkland Washington. He attended Bellevue Community College and is currently an education major at Central Washington University.
Andre' is a gifted speaker and enjoys weight-lifting, basketball, football and reading, and has dedicated his life to making a difference in the lives of teens. He specializes in working as a teen coach connecting primarily with young men aged 13-18.
In addition he also works as a tutor helping with mathematics and study skills.
Andre' is married to Sally Demos who works with teen girls as a Life Coach.
Susan Reinfeldt, M.A., Lead Coach (Teen Girls).
Susan was born in Green Bay, WI as the last of four siblings. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and completed her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with academic honors from Northwest University.
Susan and her family recently moved to Franklin Tennessee after living in the Northwest for eight years. Her approach is to provide strength-based services in order for families to recognize, develop and support individual qualities and competencies.
Susan has always been drawn to health and wellness fields. She has worked for Hazelden Foundation’s public education center, Ramsey County Medical Center and United Health Care Corporation in Minnesota. More recently she worked as a mental health therapist for Restoration Counseling and also as a case manager for Olive Crest Therapeutic Foster Care Center in Bellevue, Washington where she dedicated her efforts toward treating and educating at-risk children and preserving the family.
Penny West , M.Ed., Ph.D (nd) – Teen Coach Curriculum Development and Life Coach
Penny has been a psychotherapist in private practice for over 20 years. She has taught at North Texas State University, Dallas Theological Seminary and in other college institutions. During the last few years Penny has specialized in working with teens in a variety of teen and community prevention programs in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area providing programs for the Texas Commission on Drug and Alcohol Abuse. She has also worked with the Richardson Police Department with their crisis response unit.
Penny has been an aerobics instructor for many years, and has enjoyed playing field hockey, tennis, swimming and running.
Dr. Deanna Sanders, Psy.D. - School Psychologist and Child and Teen Curriculum Development and Consultant
Deanna is a school psychologist in the Tacoma area, a board member for the Regeneration Project (non-profit that provides Life Coaching and Scholarship support to children who are orphaned because of HIV/AIDS), she is actively involved in her church choir and loves basketball and a variety of sports activities.

Sally (23 years old) is a National Merit Student and graduated with a B.A. degree with highest honors from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. Sally is studying to become a psychologist and currently works with teen girls in the Discovery Teen Intensive and Life Scene Investigation programs.
Sally is also a tutor and works with high school students in both mathematics and study skills
Adam Demos - Teen Life Coach

Adam (22) graduated from Redmond High School in 2004. He has been very active in youth work and programs for the past four years. He worked with the band Endeavor (www.endeavormusic.com) He has also spend the last four summers working with the homeless in New York with NewYorkGo.
Adam is currently studying cullinary arts at Renton Technical College in Renton Washington.
Adam also works illustrating and designing L.S.I. materials, tee shirts, posters and other cool stuff.
Adam has a wonderful gift of connecting with the toughest teens and getting them to change course in their lives, get them into healthy peer groups and find real direction and purpose.
Abby Coppel - Teen Life Coach
Abby (23) attends Northwest University and is currently studying Elementary Education. Abby works with girls in our Discovery Program.
Abby has a great deal of cross-cultural experience having spent may years living with her parents overseas in Cambodia.
Amy Robertson - Teen Life Coach
Amy(24) was brought up in Gig Harbor Washington and graduated from Covenant High School in Tacoma. After high school she attended Big Sky Bible Institute for one year in Montana before transfering to Northwest University in Kirkland.
Amy completed her bachelors degree in Intercultural Studies at Northwest in 2006. In 2006 she spent seven months in Geneva Switzerland with Youth for Christ working with teens in a variety of youth programs.
Amy has worked for YFC in Redmond, Lynnwood and Seattle, as a pre-school teacher, a nanny, is a certified aerobics instructor, taught rock climbing and loves the outdoors.
In addition she also works as a tutor helping with a variety of subjects and study skills.
Sean Gasperetti - Teen Life Coach
Sean (22) graduated from Snohomish High and now attends College in Vancouver, Canada where he is studying music. Sean is an incredibly talented musician and uses this ability to connect with teens.
Sean is the lead guitarist for 'This Renaissance' and has recently returned from a US and European concert tour.
He specializes in working as a teen coach connecting primarily with young men aged 13-18.
Paul Bonner III - Teen Life Coach
Paul (21) graduated from Woodway High in 2004 and will be attending either the Seattle Art Institute or Edmonds Community College to study video production.
Paul is also a very gifted athlete having overcome a significant physical disability where he is over 80% deaf. Paul placed 1st in the Extreme Freestyle BMX in 2001 in Las Vegas and also placed 3rd out of 162 riders in another style.
Paul currently is a contracted professional biker with Redline Bikes and performs around the US and Canada. His professional name is Def Paul.
He was also voted baseball player of the year in Henderson, Nevada.
Paul will be working with teens boys primarily in the Discovery Program.
